These are galvanized metal, and hell to put together without an electric screwdriver, but look decent and cost nothing. I have several lining the walls of my office and lashed them together so they don't topple over the from the weight of my art books. I stole this idea from my friend Camille, who is a total snob and I mean that as a compliment.
